7th Grade Mass Band Festival

Here is the info about the 7th grade Mass Band on March 6, 2024. There will be 2 large bands for this festival, we are in Group A. 

 Schedule will go as follows:
7:30 am - Load the bus out back by the old locker rooms. Leaving for the Helena Civic Center as soon as possible.
9:00 – 10:30 Band rehearsal: GROUP A BAND in Auditorium/ GROUP B BAND in Ballroom
10:30 – 10:45 Break
10:45 – 12:00 Band Rehearsal
12:00 – 12:35 Lunch - Pizza is Provided :-)
12:35 – 1:20 Performance by HHS Jazz Band
1:40 – 2:55 Band Rehearsal (bands switch places)
2:55 – 3:05 Break
3:05 – 3:35 Final Rehearsal
3:35 – 3:45 Break
4:00 – 4:45 Festival Concert
5:00 - Load the bus and head for home. We should be back before 6:30 pm.

Snacks and lunch will be provided.  We need to have enough chaperones to keep everyone supervised and help out if the kids need anything.
