SCHEDULE

The pep band will be playing at the District Volleyball Tournament. It will be at Belt HS on October 26-28, 2023.

We will play for the team's first match on Thursday, October 26th, which starts at 10:00 am. We will load the bus behind the school. Wear school colors. We will also play for a Friday match, leaving about 2 hours before the match starting time.

We will also have pep club students riding with us on Thursday.

This is a school event and you are expected to behave accordingly. You may not leave the gym while we are there. Everyone is expected to help load and unload the bus, remembering that there is always a lot of percussion equipment. We will play for the warm-up time before the volleyball match, during time-outs, and between sets.

Thursday	We play the 10:00 am game	Friday	The team lost Thursday night, so we leave at 1 pm.	Saturday	We do not have enough musicians available to play on Saturday.
* Load bus	Immediately when school starts (after attendance and lunch count)	1:00 pm	Leave Cascade
	9:15 am - set up in the gym and play!		Play the 3:30-ish game
*	9:15 am - set up in the gym and play!		Be back home around supper time
	Head for home after the match - we should be home by lunch time
*		~~Friday~~	IF the team wins Thursday night, but we lost...
*		3:30 pm	Leave Cascade
			Be back home around 9 or 10 pm

The school will pay for a meal for band members if we are there over a mealtime.

We should be back in Cascade about 70 minutes after our match ends.
