Jr High Solo and Ensemble Festival

Here is some info about the 8th grade Music Festival in Power on Monday, March 4th. We will leave about 9:30 am. The 8th grade band will perform, and several students are playing a solo or small ensemble. The performances will be critiqued by an adjudicator who will tell them what they did well and how to improve their music-making skills.

The festival performances should be done by noon. The students need to bring a lunch along. After we eat we get to watch a performance by SupaMan. Following that we will return to Cascade and should be back about 3 or 3:30 pm.

We need to have some chaperons along with us. This is a great bunch of students, but all 19 will be going, so some help is needed. Please let me know if you can go along with us to help.
