Job Description: Assist program director with daily attendance, snacks, student management, home work club, preparation of student materials for lessons and attend field trips. Must be able to operate a computer and know Microsoft word.
Applicants must have experience working with children in a learning environment and be able to interact positively with children from Early K to Junior High. Additional childhood development training and CPR certification a plus. Education and experience in early childhood a plus.
Cascade Schools is in the process of reapplying for the 21st Century grant. Funding for the afterschool program is currently contingent upon grant approval and federal allocation.
Hours from 3:00-6:00 Monday-Friday, plus summer hours.
Hourly wage: $15/hour DOE
Closing Date: May 18, 2018
Academic Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Education and experience in early childhood a plus.
