2019-20 Sport Physicals  

Sports physicals will be offered again through Benefis on May 7th.  These are for all current 6th - 11th-grade students.  We will be leaving Cascade School at 9:10. Transportation is provided. Cost is $20.  Students will need to have the physical form completed, signed, and fee paid by Friday, May 3rd.
